Spotted this afternoon on a little road trip Sunny & I took. Granted, "surveillance" may be a bit hard to spell, but they're quite a bit off here.

SunnyShine note: The only positive thing I have to say about this is that at least it is done with marker on cardboard and has the potential to be corrected. I'm not holding out hope that it will be corrected, but the possibility remains.
